Happy Jacks will be associated with the dealer end of the company and a replacement for SMS which was taking up a large percentage, if not all of the revenue. It will give HJOE exclusive control over dealer fee's and, more then likely will cut down on expenses. I am sure there will be other fringe benefits to dealers/distributors and maybe there will be other surprises we don't know about the site, but I believe dealerships is its primary function.
