Question about Happy Jack's--

I'm a long-time shareholder and enjoy/appreciate the efforts of the dedicated posters on this site. Could someone clear my confusion about the jerky side of HJOE? I don't understand how Happy Jack's fits in relation to Hangover Joe's Beef Jerky. Any information would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
