NTEK believed Swig would bring more to the table but at the end of the day they couldn't or wouldn't. Whatever the case, in two weeks time D.F. had coded efficiencies that were superior to Swig and its my guess Ivan wanted more but hadn't delivered and therefore wasnt going to get it. Thus, the beginning of the end for him insofar as UltraFlix is concerned. Tensions mounted, egos got in the way and Ivan used the stupid lawsuit as an easy out. No harm no foul to NTEK.
