I agree his attitude was very odd. IMO it sounded like a kid when he doesn't get his way. Not professional. Talking about stuff that didn't need to be mentioned. In my experience when someone all of a sudden starts talking like this they are trying to shift blame and hide their own activity. Or they are bitter. It read like a temper tantrum. All of this is just super weird. Is he just not a professional? Regardless of the situation I would not provide more details when minimal things need to be said. He just needed to prove he didn't have any equity and wasn't part of the company during the time of the issues. He didn't need to say anything else. Why give pages upon pages of details irrelevant to the case?
