Your suggestion for Shawn's use of his series A shares (swapping out common shares for retail float) seems to be a much better option than a R/S for everyone involved. Definitely also agree about the quarter to quarter growth and correcting the float will be a big part in HJOE's making this a viable stock that will be much harder to manipulate for the long haul.
