Re: casey7883 #12810
What should compound the issue ,for shorts, will be a couple things:

1. The annual revenues will be greater than most/any comparable otc company.
They will show esculating sales, which no other bev otc will have shown, on the non-big board exchanges.

2. The sales will have shown 4 major quarters of increases, as well as the results of all their announced deals.(Caribbean,Korea,Japan, and the new dealer program-which Joe gets 100% of each territory sold) So, this will be an atypical otc.one based on factual/hardcore evidence vs gossip. Investors will flock to this day one, so there should not be any downturn after the opening bell. So, they are trapped.
I can see this breaking .10 on the first day, which should facilitate a massive squeeze.

3. If Shawn is creative with his series A shares, he can swap out commons from the retail float. Thus lowering the float and causing a bigger run on open.

4. By the time this opens, hjoe should have so much positive news to announce that the pps should rocket from the get go. So, they can add each day lighter fluid to the fire. Regular investors will flock here on the open, knowing that in a matter of days this can be well above them.10-.15 area. He who gets in first, even at .03, will make out handsomely. The buying pressure, combined with news-doom for a short position.

It's up to management to grow this puppy and to have a plan set in motion for a float reduction. Sky is the limit, with the right moves. I'd hate to chase a rocket, but the other side will be doing this on opening day........3,2,1,@9:30am........blastoff!
