So the settlement would add to shareholders value by making the company worth more to the suitor which is the way it should be . I owned a small manufacturing company an got sued for copying another manufacturer. It was eventually tossed after 3 yrs but it about drove me crazy I can only imagine how KB feels . I hope we're close to the end game
