That settlement money would then belong to the acquiring company. And I doubt it will be $400 million, but some negotiated settlement, and none of it will be given as a dividend to "loyal" shareholders who would sell you out, grasshopper, in a NY minute. Small companies do not give transient shareholders cash dividends.
