If I am the CEO... (this is only for your leisure reading)
My company is going through tough time, I have Hudson Bay and other institudes breathing down my neck to keep my company listing on NASDAQ, what are my options...
#1, I don't want to lose my job! Because I believe in my product. SO, short term suffering will be my choice. I will perform another RS, my common stock investors will lose money, but I believe my company will prevail after trial 3 result.
#2, Company gets BO or JV, I probably lose my job... all right...(pin this idea on the far corner of the wall), this is only my emergency backup option for now...
What if this RS proposal fails again? What are my options... I hope online discussions are not talking about this right now...
