Another RS proposal...
So, I am still holding my 180K shares@$.33, and I will vote NO.
I suppose company owns 5% shares, big and small institudes own 25% after recent series B, free folks own 70%.
The only problem is.. compnay knows where and when to vote, not every free follk knows, and this is a BIG problem... because blank vote counts as YES...!
If someone can post some help as in how/when to vote, I believe share price will rise right after the result.
