CRGP exists until the SEC steps in. Often times zombie tickers continue to exist for years doing nothing.
People might be speculating on it by buying small lots, but the actual dollar amount is negligible.
It's a weird case for sure. I'm looking forward to the jury trial in November and hopefully we'll get a more complete picture of what happened.
