I'm not that familiar with civil cases - does a defendant normally call the CEO of the plaintiff as a defense witness? Salas via COR is suing Bogutski via Signature Stock Transfer among others for $4 million. Wouldn't you assume that at the very least defense witness Salas would be treated as a 'hostile witness'? Salas already gave a deposition in the case btw.
