By the way, that report was not by the EPA.  It was by:

RTI International

Not that RTI was speaking about P2O about the 5-10 year claim because it was speaking about MSW, but even if it was, I'm going to go with NYSE: SAI who was actually there rather than "RTI International" from San Francisco who in their report on JBII got a string of information completely wrong.  The freakin' IHUB message board has better DD than those clowns did.

For example:

"JBI recently announced a joint venture with OxyVinyl Canada"
