When is Q2 report? I can't find prediction on that, any insight or time?
June 16th-ish, Delcath RS proposal...didn't pass. 47% vs 53%?
...now, with added 10 million series B votes => ++2.27% votes => 49.27% vs 50.73%, danger close to us..yes, but isn't it also danger close to the company? Is there enough time left for them to risk failing another RS proposal?
Say..the recent released docs hinted RS. Maybe the company was being sincere and wanted to warn stock holders...Maybe these doctors on their executive board are really great guys...knowing such PR release would sink stock price, but they had to warn us anyway...?
Say..there is BO, does current share price matter at all?
Does recent radio silence from the company indicate they have a plan in motion? Or does this multi million company has no clue where the company's future lies?
I have no clue because I am an amateur. At this point, I'm not sure what technical can tell us about next month. I am going back to human instincs and analyzing from psycological/strategical angel. I merely meant to trigure your thoughts.
