I noticed Delcath is wording RS in AM release, PM release seems more like "Investors" CAN vote: "The Series B Preferred Stock shall be entitled to the whole number of votes equal to $2.0 million divided by $0.1867", so that maybe "10,712,372 votes" more of Yay to RS.
2 million financing, private stock, or to say, it's basically selling a small part of the company at $360,000 discount.
I guess there was a negotiation, but delcath didn't have much leverage, so gave in to discount. The "Investors" took the chance, because series B is not publicly traded so it won't depreciate unless Delcath bankrupt. In other words, just have to take cover when RS proxy comes knocking before next month.
June 16 vote ended with a small % difference. This time, hard to say.
