My guess is that of the 1.5 million shares traded on the day of the conference call and the couple of days following the announcement of the CUSIP change, based on huge trades and then the 800k share day that followed shortly thereafter -- my guess is that about 800-900 shares were naked short, and then the 800k walk-down day was a day of re-shorting.
Look at the small volume days we have of around 100-150 shares, and you'll see where I get my guesstimate.
Why do I think there were more naked short shares before the CUSIP change than got re-shorted afterward?
Because the shorts who were forced to cover had a TAXABLE EVENT, and quarterly estimated taxes were due shortly thereafter. They were forced to take their profits, and then pay Uncle Sam his share.
I hope that scottsmith and the other members of various gangs realize that there is a paper trail which CANNOT be covered up -- because there is now a record that the IRS will have. When they are sued, discovery will allow those suing them to access those records.
In any event, I consider the new name to be a great improvement over the unpronounceable Cellceutix and it was worthwhile to do the name change.
