During the current quiet period, moron iHub basher "surfkast" has reappeared posting deliberately misleading information again regarding "dilution". Most of his posts have been deleted by Moderators.

The clown really is clueless and didn't take the hint that evidence is being gathered regarding his attempts to manipulate the price of stocks down.

The correct definition of "dilution" has been stated many times over already.

"Stock dilution, also known as equity dilution, is the decrease in existing shareholders’ ownership of a company as a result of the company issuing new equity. New equity increases the total shares outstanding which has a dilutive effect on the ownership percentage of existing shareholders."
