So you're saying that it wasn't a mistake or an oversight? If so please provide proof. If it was a mistake/oversight on managements part, I think I can forgive them when she signs. We're not talking about Apple or Walmart here.
How many departments and employees do you think they have? It's minor, unless as I stated before it was deception. Every other accusation of fraud, from LieHub or elsewhere, has been debunked as will this one. Assuming that's what you're doing, insinuating an attempt to fraud shareholders.
