The problem is, Lily can't delay her signature after the announcement has been made that the company is reducing the potential dilution of the stock (RMHB's words, not mine). In fact, per the SEC, they had 4 days to file a form 8k. The signatures should have been obtained BEFORE the announcement was made. That's what is concerning to lots of people, not just me, that things are not being handled.
