Nothing wrong with "wondering", but unfortunately people set expectations to ridiculous levels based on high near term pie in the sky pipe dreams. Then when those expectations don't materialize when expected, those disillusioned and disgruntled investors think that getting all up in the company's face will change the course and/or the pace of progress.

I think more than anything, when the bitching is done on a widely viewed board like this one, you will be helping to reduce the current buying pressure and inspire some to sell, in other words, shaking loose shares from weak hands (sounds like bashing, ya think?).

As I stated earlier, this board has a wide range of motives and strategies, and many don't give a rat's ass at who's expense their profit is obtained. If you want the pps lower right now, it makes sense to imply incompetence and/or underhanded trickery is in play by management. If not, then what the hell for? Fear? People should be ashamed for bad mouthing the company during quiet spells once the pps shoots skyward, but most who did will act as if they didn't and proclaim "they knew it would happen all along".

Don't forget, it's not always in their best interest to be transparent about everything. I don't think most here ever truly realized the hostile takeover threat, nor would they then even know to inquire about it's its present state. Maybe Lili had a very good reason for delaying a signature. Remember, no one is forcing anyone to invest in this company.

It's trivial anyhow. They never intended to line their pockets with dilution of that type and on that scale.
