I can't imagine it'll have a big impact either way... Even if OWCP were to receive, let's say, $1M in damages... I guess it may help that share price a bit because shareholders will now they have another $1M for studies and such.

But, I'll admit.. I have no past experience as a shareholder in a company that was suing / being sued.
