After some searching, I now have reason to believe OWCP has officially FILED for a Patent in Australia for their Multiple Myeloma concoction.

It was filed on June 13th, 2017 but the latest update from Australian Government is that it's been filed. So, "Examination" and "Acceptance" are next. Not sure if they have to finish up with their Q3 study first or not.
But, it's proof they're continuing down the line... As their patent attorney said -- it's a process and OWCP is definitely protecting their IP Profile.
