Not exactly what happened. There is a third party to this stock sale named Nations Advisory Partners. The 8k is unclear about a couple points, which is why the filing is important to read. For some unknown reason, it hasnt been filed like the recent 10k/Q said it was. In any case, Nations sold at least half the disputed shares themselves after acquiring the note from Kodiak. The disposition of the rest is unclear from the 8k. I contacted Bruce to see if he could get an answer why the filing is so delayed, after my emails went unanswered. Everyone should get on their case about this to file, as I think there is more to the story than we have been told. This is a big deal, as 20% of the O/S is involved. Curious to that, 2 of the 3 OWC people involved have left the company since the supposed filing. Curious that Jim Fitzpatrick left Kodiak and went to a Nations company right in the middle of negotiations. Curious that an unnamed OWC employee was in contact with the law firm during the process, yet accuse the law firm of not telling them anything. This is why we need the filing-the 8k is unclear on a lot of stuff.
