Owcp claim is for $2,000,000.00 for being misrepresented.
To say the shares were illegally dumped is false. They were registered with the sec and Kodiac decided to excercise there option that came with there loan. The way they went about it was completely not in the best interest of owcp and they did it without notifying Owcp.
