The Critic Clothing apparel company CEO has confirmed in an e-mail to another shareholder that his company is no longer public.
The CRTC ticker in which we have shares is therefore now a completely new company and we can expect a much more dramatic upward move on any announcement of future business plans or a reverse merger.
The new CEO has been involved in the reverse merger of over 50 companies to date.
