Possibly an entirely new business now - I anticipate a name change + ticker change.
The Critic Clothing website and Twitter have both had "publicly traded under symbol CRTC" removed.
It is therefore possible that Critic Clothing has gone back to being a private company.
It was rumored at the time that Critic Clothing CEO Alec Simione paid $20K for the former EVDR shell originally in 2014 and so he has got his money back and has transferred the company to the new CEO
Clearly the new CEO will make announcements on the business model in due course and that will probably include a name change and a ticker change - always good for additional upward runs.
An exciting time to be in at the bottom.
