Shareholder Meeting- Confirmed again today with IR there will be a SH meeting this year 2017. No date has been announced however I was advised abiding by SEC regulations there will be at least a 90 day window between the meeting announcement and the scheduled meeting date.

This pushes the SH meeting date out to September 2017 at the earliest. You can virtually eliminate any meeting held the months of Nov and Dec due to the busy Holiday season therefore IMO the very likely time frame will be Sept or Oct 2017.
