There are two variables that are unknown and they are the (1) share count and (2) market cap. Had the user said "I bought NTEK at a market cap of 80 Million and I'm down 95%" we would need more information based on the market cap comment since the market cap has fluctuated over time.
In this case, we are just dealing with percentage so it's basic algebra.
x = average price per share
Set up the equation:
x = today's pps (.0363) / ownership percentage after loss (.05)
x= .726
