If Mrs Li were to convert it would add 100,000,000 shares to the outstanding share count rather then 1.2 billion shares. Keep in mind the goal of the company is to up list to the NASD and that requires a share price of $4 per share and in force for 90 days. At that rate we are looking at about a $4 billion company. Just picture your worth by multiplying $4 time your share count. We are on the road to making that happen. True it won't happen over night and I don't know when it will happen but I truly believe with whats going on in the company it will happen.
