Let me explain the news to you guys, seems everyone is confused.
Before this released, the 1 million preferred A stock of RMHB could be converted to 1.2 Billion common shares( our shares as public investors), this would increase the outstanding shares by 1.2 billion ( heavy diluting). But now after this filing, the same 1 million preferred A stock could be converted to 100 millions only, that means less diluted share price if and only if whoever owns the A stock wants to abandon his rights to controls th preferred stocks.
This is great great news for the common and people don't realize this but big deep pockets investors will soon.
