$PSGR 1,000 shares at $0.03/share!!!! WOW!!!! I wonder if Blackridge is buying that many shares all at one time???!!!! Let's see....over one year ago, Pershing Resources announced in a Press Release that Blackridge would invest up to $1,000,000.00 to buy up to 10% of the Company Shares, pending SEC approval of course. Anyway, (for snits & grins, let's assume that the shares are through Blackridge) at 1,000 shares approximately 1 purchase/month.......hmmmmmm.....in 83.3333 YEARS the 1 Million shares will have been completely transferred to Blackridge. EIGHTY THREE+ years sounds about right for the next big move for Pershing Resources.

WHERE ARE THE CURRENT PERSHING RESOURCES PRESS RELEASES THAT WERE PROMISED TO INVESTORS????????
