$PSGR Many many years ago while attending college, I tried to enroll in an alleged class that, to get a passing grade (C), required only that the student sign into the first day of class and the last day of class for the semester. Of course, students were beating the doors down in an attempt to locate this class and, of course, the class listing was a hoax. The time invested into the hoax must have been extensive because of the rapid spread of the information. In the 1960s there were no Smart-Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Desktops or, for that matter, even an Internet. The Hoaxers were pure geniuses who were able to take advantage of individuals who were just gullible enough to accept information without researching the veracity of the printed matter. It was one of life's important lessons that I have tried to reflect upon whenever I was/am eagerly heading toward something for which I had/have no or limited knowledge.
Every once in a while I still let the youthful indiscretion of NOT performing Due Diligence to creep back into my daily FANTASY routine. I must admit that I THOUGHT I foresaw a 'Do-Nothing & Pass Opportunity' about 17 years ago with an investment in an R&D Mining Company. EVERYTHING that pointed to the viability of the company was readily available IF I HAD COMPLETED MY DUE DILIGENCE.
Investing in ANY stock is always a risk to your finances. Please take the time to explore the Pros and Cons of each potential company and how these Pros & Cons can possibly relate to future financial growth or loss.
Outside of a few within its Corporate Structure, no one knows for certain if Pershing Resources will ever turn a profit for the investor. Outside of a few within its Corporate Structure, no knows if any of the Press Releases provide a 100% factual assessment of the past/current/future potential of the company as a VIABLE and PRODUCTIVE Mining Company....remember, it is listed as an R&D organization!
Take a breath. Open the Internet. Explore the history of the company. Research...research....research....and draw your own conclusions.
