IMO there is no downside going to Arnold & Porter. They get a decent offer for shareholders and everyone wins and also prevents dilution of shares. We turn down an offer. That message does that send to the market? What happens to the share price? Goes up correct? No one interested in our technology then why?

Current obstacles are lack of funds and lack of a marketing or sales team. Not belly aching but these are facts.
The big companies have the funds, staff, and relationships.

With the Gates Foundation news, If they value our product then I expect buyout talks within six months. That's how it works if there is a world need for our product then they want to get it out there. The large companies can get our product to the people who need it. I know Mr. Barnhizer has personally told me that he wants to save lives.
