I encourage you to talk to the CEO about that. I encouraged him many times to talk to Arnold & Porter about exactly doing what you are saying. Thats what they do. He thought the costs prohibited him from using them but I explained to him if A&P believes in your technology they will find buyers for a commission (approximately 10 percent). I think at the time he was more focused on other things. For those on this board who do not know a lot about A&P, I encourage you to go their website.

Good news is imo is Jonathan Faro will make a lot of things happen for us. I bet he played a large role with the Gates Foundation. We have had a lot of employees/advisors come and go but Jonathan Faro needs to stay!
Lastly I think many shareholders forget one important thing, they each have ownership in Nanologix.
