Just want to point out that his #s 1 and 3 are actually wrong.
1) Efficacy has been maintained as we increased the dose, so we should expect the same results at 200mg. (think about ABSSSI, 90%, 92%, 95% efficacy with increased dose is pretty constant)
3) The response rates were about the same as dose increased.
B-UP next step up in efficacy will with be with foam/gel.
