Reality is that there are a lot of spiteful investors (not me, I voted ASAP!!!). I wouldn't doubt many people checked out due to the old regime and don't even keep up with it. I'd guess this board and the other only covers 35-40% of the outstanding shares. That's optimistic too. Playing devil's advocate, those that are spiteful aren't going to do any favors for USGL which is a shame but gotta understand why they won't.

Now vs mid-june isn't much of a difference unless the pipeline is bursting at the seems for news, 8ks, etc. we shall see!
