Pic... I agree. The catalyst for all downstream news in my view is the announcement of updated financials. The name change, while crucial to the rebranding, is not the number one priority (the max we have to wait on that is June 9th). The only reason to push for an accelerated closing on the vote would be if the financials were already brought current but the management team was waiting for the name change to announce.

Current financials are the true accelerant to all things going forward.

Exciting times are near at hand.
