That is awesome. If P maintains a high safety profile and has efficacy that is does related then the sky is the limit (Figuratively of course. One can always overdose a drug no matter how safe that it is.) However, isn't this the ideal scenario for a drug: if you have mild symptoms you take smaller dosages, less times until the problem is resolved; if you have sever symptoms you up the dosage and take a lot until the problem is resolved? I believe that is the type of drug all doctors want to have in their tool kit. Something they can tailor to fit the need.
