Prurisol: Efficacy seems to be dose-related in Phase 2a.
In the ITT population where >= 2-point improvement in IGA was observed at week 12, 25% was in the 200 mg arm, 10.7% was in the 100 mg arm, 10.3% was in the 50 mg arm.
In the PP population where >= 2-point improvement in IGA was observed at week 12, 35% was in the 200 mg arm, 13% was in the 100 mg arm, 15% was in the 50 mg arm.
Dosage in Phase 2b will increase to 300 mg and 400 mg, so efficacy should improve.
