I'm still hoping for the best. However, what really irks me is the lack of accountability for NTEK's actions for the past couple of years. No apologies from Jeff Foley, who really is the most responsible for this mess.
I wonder how Jeff and David are doing, as brothers, considering Jeff single-handedly destroyed this company. If only David could have 'seen the light' before entering prison, the company would have been left more intact before Jeff could destroy it with incompetence.
Ivan has a long road ahead of him. However, I think the biggest fear is the A/S. With the news of 21 million dollars of convertible debentures available, does anyone really think that the O/S will not eventually rise to the A/S at 500 million shares?
If you are not worried, why not ask NTEK to lower it? I would love to see their response. Of course, on the OTC website, the A/S is still listed at 2 billion shares. Go figure.
