Well not to be a heckler or picker at this point. Did you notice they didn't even get the total correct? They missed by $500 some where! lol Oh well, they got out some shareholders update anyways. Still not really on top of their game!

During period ending MARCH 31, 2017, the Company issued convertible debentures totaling $21,039,500. J Degan invested $25,000 cash on February 23, 2017. M. Sherman invested $10,000 Cash on March 1, 2017. L. Foley invested $4,000 on MARCH 28, 2017. On March 3, 2017 the company issued a convertible debenture for an investment of $21,000,000 to be completed within 90 days upon completion of due diligence
