According to this site, the deadline for filing the 10-Q with the 5 day extension is now May 22 (Victoria Day in Canada).

Before anyone gets their knickers in a knot, filing late is not unusual. Remember the 10-K?
Last year the company filed a late notice for the 2nd. Quarter 10-Q on August 12, then the actual 10-Q was finally filed on August 29. Does anyone know why it was not filed within the 5 day extension? I'm a bit confused by this. Thx!
