I've found much the same thing in all the biotech stocks I've been involved in over the years. The company will tell it's story when the time is right for them. I would suspect they're speaking with companies that potentially can replace Medmar. Such discussions are always covered by confidentiality agreements, so other than speaking in the broadest terms about what's happening, they're prevented from discussing specifics until one or more agreement is finalized.

I would hope they can say more when the finally do issue the 10-Q, but it's very possible they'll still be operating under confidentiality. I do believe they can discuss ongoing or completed trials, but with the Safety Trial being blinded, about all they can say is about enrollment, and expectations of when it will be concluded.
