How would Bob (CWRN) upgrade to a higher tier without doing a R/S which Bob said he would not do. He has said this many times, NO R/S  The only way I can see this happening is releasing Financials and having CE removed so the stock price shall drive it self up with large investors that have been waiting on the side lines. As well announcing a JV with Bao. Forget about CWRN buy back for now, he has his own agenda with buying new equipment and building up the Mine. Bobs not going to spend that $$ now in buy back.
