I totally agree with your thoughts that the acquisition may have been expected to be complete by this date. I presume that is why the shareholders meeting was delayed for a period of time. I believe that is the shock and awe that may have been expected.

So can you imagine if it is announced suddenly that the acquisition has been completed and approved. We would fly like a butterfly.
