My opinion is the following: as I mentioned before, I think it's a tee up for the acquisition. They probably expected it for today's meeting but got delayed for whatever reason.
Now that all the cards are on the table, and word is out, they should pre market. "Coming soon" billboards or tv interviews. Whatever they can get. Luxury buildings do that before construction even begins, so by the time the building is built, it's all sold out. Get the interest from future customers and investors. I bought into some young companies from marketing. It works.
