Yes on the 30 day from LOI. It was a lucky break for me. Similar situation in that I needed the license they had, I had the business to support it. They did not, they also had a very poor business acumen, if it went longer than 30 they would have had to file bankruptcy. My buy in was a hail Mary for them. I bought 51%, then bought the partners out as time went on. Good observation on the inside connection, and willingness for USGL to acquire and the company with the NDA to be in those talks. A certified airline, and on the push for the financials makes sense, with that in mind more than ever. Very interesting and exciting. I can't wait to see how it all pans out.
