From my research.....it was utterly
important to avert the greys, the relisting fees with the SEC and the legal monies needed for paperwork would have been insane.Few companies ever get out of the greys and they have to spend crazy money to present their case to the SEC and mms.....
probable 3x5 times the 250,000.
That's why going dark will be a big factor, if/when they come back. It takes companies years of paperwork and resources to just attempt to get back to a credible listing, from grey status.
I'd say with filing qs ,paperwork,etc...250k minimum. (to get back)
1 million plus for a grey company.
