What would be the true cost of a getting re listed? Have seen people say 1 mil, research I do says under 250k.
Trying to get actual numbers is difficult, it's not the same as coming out on a IPO, it could even be far less than that. Filing fees are under 20k, so it really comes down to getting books done and getting a MM onboard. With good numbers on the books that might not be that difficult either. Whoever they get will have a pretty good payday as well.
The companies this happens to normally are in bad shape and unable to survive financially, HJOE seems to be standing on their own feet and expanding like crazy. My bet is HJOE day 2018 for a return.
