Correct...smart move huh....the timing and the selected ratio to me are to work hand in hand.
My senario...the BOD sees the right timing, meaning it's time for an update PR with a bunch of juicy stuff, so the pick a ratio, announce the effective date, do the deal, followed same day with a bunch of pristine goodies, walla.....off we go.
Not that simple, all roads eventually have a pot hole....but imo this will work out perfectly.
The timing and ratio to me is one of the biggest decisions our BOD has to make, and I'll put my shares of confidence in my voted shares as FOR on both.
